Hello
“Nothing is more engaging than working with someone to empower them to improve their life whether it’s pain relief, rehab, making plans or just giving vital time and space to relax and reconnect with themselves”
I’m a movement and massage therapist based in Towcester (NN12), helping people relieve pain, recover from injuries, and build long-term strength — with honest, evidence-based care.
Whether you’re looking for a relaxing massage, structured rehabilitation, or a combination of both, every session is tailored to your goals, your body, and your lifestyle.
Hi, I’m Tris, welcome to my website
I work with people who want to:
Ease tension, stress, or everyday aches
Recover from injury or recurring musculoskeletal pain
Build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience
Improve mobility and overall physical function
You don’t need to be injured or in pain to benefit. Whether you want a great massage or a structured rehabilitation plan, you’re welcome here.
Who I help
My work combines science, experience, and hands-on care:
Evidence-based methods – I use what research shows works best for pain and movement recovery.
Strength and movement rehabilitation – Most musculoskeletal pain responds best to progressive strengthening, not just temporary fixes.
Manual therapy when it helps – Hands-on techniques are used selectively to support recovery and improve comfort.
One-to-one sessions – You deal directly with me every step of the way.
I aim for clarity, honesty, and realistic guidance — no hype, no quick fixes, just results that last.
